Email me at classytechstudio@gmail.com. I am Basanta, and I read the messages sent to KittyUI Theme. There is no contact form, no chat widget, and no phone number on this site as of 31 October 2026.
I reply when I can, usually within a few days. I do not promise a same-day answer. If you are writing about a broken lockscreen, use the install guide's tested fixes first, then write if the page is wrong.
What to include
A message I can use has the facts in the first lines:
- The page URL you are writing about
- Phone model, and whether it is a Global unit
- HyperOS or MIUI version
- Whether you used the Theme Store or a .mtz file
- What you expected, and what the phone did instead
A screenshot helps. Crop out notifications that show other people's messages. Do not send your lock screen PIN, your Xiaomi account password, a verification code, or a recovery code. I will not ask for them, and I cannot log in to your phone.
What I can do
- Read a report and reply
- Correct a sentence I got wrong, and put the date on the page
- Label a result from your phone as a reader report when I have not reproduced it on mine
- Delete a comment or an email if you ask, under the privacy policy
- Look at a copyright concern if you send the page URL and the work you own
What I cannot do
- Connect to your phone or install the theme for you
- Recover a forgotten Xiaomi password or bypass a lock screen
- Send you the KittyUI .mtz or an APK. I do not host the file
- Make the theme run on a phone without the Themes app, or on a non-Xiaomi phone
- Confirm a battery number or a removal result I have not recorded on my Note 14 5G
- Speak for NVX Boss, Xiaomi, or Apple

What is the KittyUI Theme email?
It is classytechstudio@gmail.com. That is the address for corrections, device reports, privacy requests, and copyright concerns.
Can you install KittyUI v4 for me?
No. I can tell you what I did on my Redmi Note 14 5G Global. I cannot remote into your phone.
Can you send the theme file?
No. Download it from the Xiaomi Theme Store. This site does not host the .mtz.
How fast do you reply?
Usually within a few days. I read every message. I do not run a 24-hour support desk.
