What the site is

KittyUI Theme publishes independent notes about the KittyUI theme for Xiaomi, Redmi, and POCO phones. The main notes describe KittyUI v4 on my Redmi Note 14 5G Global running HyperOS 3.0, used for about a month. NVX Boss designs the theme. Xiaomi lists it in the Theme Store. I write the notes.

The site does not sell the theme, does not host the .mtz file, and does not install anything on your phone. Reading a guide does not create a support contract with me, with Xiaomi, or with NVX Boss.

Your responsibility before you apply a theme

A theme changes system screens. Back up photos and anything you cannot replace before you apply one. You are responsible for the phone you change, the account you use, and the file you download if you leave the official Theme Store.

CAT17, where the guides mention it, is a lock-style password inside the Themes app. It is not your phone PIN and not your Xiaomi account password. You are responsible for what you type into a password field.

Using the guides

You may:

• Read the pages and follow them on your own phone
• Link to any page on kittyuitheme.com
• Quote a short passage if you name Basanta or KittyUI Theme and link to the page the words came from

You may not:

• Copy a whole article, a whole install procedure, or a whole table onto another site and present it as your own page
• Republish the guides behind an ad wall, an app, or a download button as if you wrote the test
• Pretend that KittyUI Theme, Basanta, Xiaomi, or NVX Boss endorses your page, product, or file
• Scrape the site to build a mirror or a spam blog

Copyright

The words, structure, and original tables on this site are mine. The KittyUI theme design, its icons, and its wallpapers belong to their designer and are not mine to give away. A screenshot, if a page later includes one, is there so you can see the screen I am describing. It does not transfer the theme's copyright to you or to me.

If you believe a page uses your work in a way you did not allow, email classytechstudio@gmail.com with the page URL, the work you own, and what you want removed. I will review it and reply. I am not a registered copyright agent, and this inbox is still the right place to start.

Trademarks

KittyUI is the name of a theme by NVX Boss. This site uses that name to describe the theme. Xiaomi, Redmi, POCO, MIUI, and HyperOS are trademarks of their owners. iOS, iPhone, and Dynamic Island are trademarks of Apple. The theme imitates an iOS-style look. Using those names to describe the test is not a claim that those companies run this site.

Comments

If you comment, you are responsible for what you submit. I may edit or delete a comment that:

• Is spam, an unrelated download link, or an attempt to sell a theme file
• Includes someone else's personal data, a password, or a verification code
• Is illegal, or is there to harass a person
• Claims a test result on my phone that I did not write

Do not post a copy of the .mtz or an APK in a comment. I do not want the site to become a file host. Your comment license to me is limited: I may display it on the page and quote it if I am answering it, with your name. You keep what you wrote.

Accounts

Readers do not get accounts. I have a WordPress login so I can edit. That login is mine. Do not try to sign in, probe the dashboard, or guess a password. The privacy policy covers the editor cookies and the comment form.

No professional relationship

I am not your technician, lawyer, or Xiaomi support agent. I do not see your screen. A sentence that worked on my Note 14 5G can fail on yours. The how-we-test page states the method, and the guides label anything I did not do.

Links to other sites

Pages link to the Xiaomi Theme Store and, where I cite a source, to that source. Those sites have their own terms and their own privacy rules. A link is not an endorsement of every file on that domain. I am especially plain about this for third-party theme files: I tested the store copy, not every re-upload.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Basanta and KittyUI Theme are not liable for lost data, a theme that will not apply, a screen that looks wrong after an update, time or money spent fixing a phone, or a decision you made from a page on this site. If a law where you live does not allow that limit, the limit applies only as far as that law allows.

The site is provided as a written record of a personal test. I can update or remove a page when it is wrong or out of date. I do not promise that every page will stay online.

Changes to these terms

If I change the rules, I will change this page and the date under the title. The new terms apply from that date. The privacy policy and the disclaimer can change on their own dates when their subjects change.

Which law applies

These terms follow the laws of the country where I live, except where a consumer law in your country gives you a right that cannot be waived. If a court finds one sentence unenforceable, the rest of the terms still apply.

Questions people ask

Can I quote a KittyUI Theme article?

Yes, a short passage, if you name Basanta or KittyUI Theme and link to the page. Copying the full install guide onto your own site is not allowed.

Can I upload your guide into a video or an app?

A short credited quote is fine. Republishing the whole guide, or hiding it behind your download button, is not.

Do these terms mean KittyUI v4 is safe on my phone?

How do I report a copyright problem?
